Per la partita di sabato scorso tra QPR e Preston North End, al Loftus Road di Londra era presente anche l'amico Jimmy76, tra i fondatori del giovane QPR Italia Fans Club, assieme alla sua compagna.
Qui di seguito, il suo racconto dell'esperienza vissuta (che vi consiglio di leggere!) e le foto scattate quel pomeriggio:
Cari amici eccomi finalmente di ritorno. Il ritardo è dovuto alle mille cose da fare dopo il rientro in house.
Tralascio le sensazioni provate e vissute nella city, sempre bellissima e piena di opportunità e tante cosucce accattivanti…c’è sempre un’ampia scelta di cose da fare, dai negozi alle attrazioni in generale…in poche parole 3 giorni sono veramente pochi!!
Dopo questa piccola prefazione passiamo a quello che ci interessa veramente…la Partita, il Loftus, l’Atmosfera.
La mia giornata inizia con il pensiero fisso, lo Stadio; decido di andare qualche ora prima per avere la possibilità di entrare nello Store del Qpr senza avere l’ansia di fare le cose in fretta…ma prima che questo accada passo inevitabilmente davanti il Mitico Pub degli Hoops, lo Springbok, e chi trovo lì fuori? Il nostro amichetto inglese, Vic!! 
Ci siamo salutati come se ci vedessimo ogni giorno, e incredibilmente non faccio in tempo a dire che i biglietti erano nella mia borsa che prende il telefono e in un secondo avevamo già i posti prenotati per il Box del Loftus Road. 
Mi guardo con Barbara e mi chiedo se ho capito bene…e si, ho capito proprio bene…le foto che mostrerò renderanno l’idea.
Come da programma mi avvio verso lo store…entro…e trovo un mondo di oggetti, tutto mio dev’essere…ma i prezzi non sono tanto amorevoli…cmq questo non mi permette di cacciare il pesante pound (con l’aiuto della mia adorabile e paziente compagna) e subito acquisto un berretto stile baseball, un cappello di cotone, anzi due, anche per Barbara, il mini libro con la storia della squadra, la targa (inevitabile, starà benissimo sulla mia parete in roccia) e la bellissima felpa che costa solo lei £. 50,00!! Offerta dalla solita compagna di vita.
Esco dal negozio e incontro i giocatori…il primo è il gentilissimo Hill, foto e firma sul programma (acquistato sulla strada, BELLISSIMO!!) e con Ramage.
Torno al Pub e Vic mi chiama…con lui il Presidente Paladini…stretta di mano e via, verso l’entrata Vip. Nel tragitto telefonatina dell’amico Briatore…sito a Montecarlo.
Entriamo e ci consegnano le tesserine da tenere al collo…nel frattempo aspettiamo anche Marco, ragazzo che vive a Londra e che scrive nel forum di British Football.
Quando arriva (in regalo per me dei favolosi programmes di partite impensabili, sono fortunato)
ci indicano la strada dove andare per un aperitivo…entriamo e quello che pensavo si avvera…il Box del Loftus si trova logicamente nella pancia dello stadio, quelle belle vetrate che si vedono per tutta la tribuna.
Gran lusso ovviamente, tutti in giacca e cravatta (noi 3 zozzoni hihihihihi) e approfittiamo del gentilissimo cameriere per prendere una birra fredda e un bel piatto di agnello di primissima qualità…intanto scatto foto su foto.
Decidiamo di andare a sederci in tribuna, per assaporare l’atmosfera, quella inglese, quella fredda, per il clima, ma calda per la passione che si respira, e inizia a riempiersi pezzo per pezzo ogni spazio vuoto (meno che i nostri 3 posti acquistati sul sito della squadra)
I primi cori si fanno sentire, la musica è bellissima…la mascotte Spark gira per il campo, ballando e accarezzando i tanti bambini presenti.
Entrano le squadre e il clima si fa incandescente…bellissimo, veramente!!
Sono emozionato e non faccio in tempo a capire cosa stia accandendo che Rob Hulse insacca il primo gol della partita…tutti in piedi e grandi applausi.
Devo essere sincero…dovrei parlare anche del gioco mostrato dalla squadra e dei singoli, ma ero talmente preso da quello che mi succedeva intorno, che sinceramente giudicare il gioco espresso mi diventa difficile, posso soltanto dire che la squadra a parte qualche indecisione di Kenny nel primo tempo ha subito poco le iniziative degli undici di Ferguson, la difesa ha tenuto senza troppi problemi e l’attacco, con l’ormai grande giocatore Taarabt, ogni volta che attaccava metteva in seria difficoltà gli ospiti colorati di giallo e blu, soprattutto sul versante dentro, dove un grandissimo Walker scendeva in maniera molto simile all’ormai affermato Gareth Bale (esagerato? 
)
Finisce il primo tempo e decidiamo di scendere a bere un thè caldo…con somma sorpresa ci aspettano anche dei deliziosi dolcetti della casa…ottimi!!
Alla fine il caldo del box, e la spettacolare vista dallo stesso, ci convincono che si può godere anche da lì il buon secondo tempo…e proprio seduto su quelle poltrone che riesco a riprendere il gol bellissimo del marocchino…il video lo testimonia…era un mio sogno che sono riuscito a realizzare, riprendere un gol dal Loftus in diretta per di più In The Box!!
Le panchine sono sotto di me, riesco a vedere i due allenatori ad un metro l’uno dall’altro…Warnock caldo come non mai, grande Boss!!
Finisce l’incontro e mentre con calma ci prestiamo ad uscire, decido di andare in bagno…bello anche quello, ve lo assicuro…con lo specchio con il logo del Qpr.
Mentre facciamo la strada che porta all’Underground mi guardo intorno e vedo palazzine in roccia inglese che ti fanno capire, se ancora ce ne fosse bisogno, che la vera atmosfera inglese si respira in queste strade…prima però entro nello Springbok a ringraziare Vic per la splendida avventura che ci ha regalato…saluto l’amico Marco e continuo a vivere la fredda Londra con il sorriso di un bambino stampato sul viso…contento di esserci stato e sapendo che presto ci tornerò.
